Samsung / Android: let calls ring

Android can put Chrome to sleep to save battery — then a call can't wake myHub and rings arrive late. Two settings fix it:

Settings → Battery → Background usage limits → Never sleeping apps → add Chrome (and myHub if it's listed).
Settings → Apps → Chrome → Battery → Unrestricted.

Also keep myHub installed from Chrome's Add to Home screen, with notifications allowed.
